AOGRAND GROUP is a large integrated manufacturing group in China, specializing in daily chemicals, cosmetics, disinfectants, hard surface cleaners, commercial laundry detergents, mosquito coils and aerosols. With modern factories in Nanjing and other bases, the group provides strong R&D, stable production capacity and strict quality control.

OEM/ODM & Private Label

Q5. Do you provide OEM/ODM service? How does it work?

Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM and private label service:

1. You share your target market, product type and price range.

2. We recommend suitable formulas, packaging options and MOQ.

3. Our design team prepares label artwork and packaging design.

4. After you confirm all details, we start mass production and arrange shipment.

Throughout the process, AOiN.com coordinates between you and AOGRAND’s factories to keep everything clear and efficient. 

Order, MOQ & Payment

Q6. What is your minimum order quantity? Can I mix products in one container?

For most markets, our basic requirement is one full 20GP container (1×20GP).

Within this container, you can mix up to 6 SKUs in one shipment, as long as each SKU reaches a reasonable quantity so that the price and logistics remain competitive.

As a reference, we can usually accept around 10,000 pcs per SKU for trial or new-market orders. In special cases, we are open to discussing even smaller volumes and designing a mixed loading plan that fits your situation.

Q7. What are your usual payment terms?

Normally we accept T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L within 7 days. For larger or long-term orders, L/C at sight can also be discussed. In some markets we may consider other secure payment methods case by case.

Production, Shipping & Lead Time

Q8. How long is the normal lead time?

For our regular AOiN.com and house brands, a 40HQ container usually needs about 1–2 weeks after order confirmation.

For OEM/private label products, it normally takes around 1–2 weeks after all designs are confirmed.

For aerosol OEM, can production may take about 1 month, plus 1–2 weeks for filling and packing.

Thanks to the large capacity of AOGRAND GROUP, we can keep stable lead times even during busy seasons, and adjust production plans flexibly for key markets.

Q9. Can your production capacity support large and repeated orders?

Yes. As a large integrated factory group, AOGRAND GROUP operates multiple automatic production lines for liquids, powders, aerosols and coils. Under normal conditions we can steadily support continuous full-container shipments for different markets.

In special periods or peak seasons, we can further scale up and reach a capacity of up to 3 million bottles per day on certain product lines, ensuring that your key SKUs are always in stock and your large orders can be fulfilled on time.

Quality, Certificates & Inspection

Q10. How do you control product quality? Do you have certificates?

AOGRAND GROUP’s factories run fully automatic lines with strict QC from raw materials to finished products. We follow ISO quality management systems, and many products have passed third-party tests such as SGS, BV, SASO and other local standards.

Each batch is tested before loading according to the group’s QC procedures. Inspection reports or COA can be provided on request, so you and your customers can clearly see the quality behind AOGRAND / AOiN.com brands.

Q11. Can I arrange third-party inspection?

Yes. You can appoint a third-party inspection company to check the goods before shipment. We will cooperate with the inspector at our factory and provide necessary assistance.

Marketing Support & Distributor Policy

Q12. What marketing support can AOiN.com provide?

We provide catalogues, high-resolution photos and product videos as basic materials. For stable partners, we also offer customized support such as POS materials (posters, shelf talkers, wobblers), branded T-shirts, caps, shopping bags and social media content suggestions to help you promote in your local market. 

Q13. How can I become your distributor or exclusive partner?

You can start with a trial or mixed container order. Once your orders become regular and stable, we will evaluate sales performance, payment record and market potential. If the evaluation is positive, we can sign a distributor or exclusive agreement and issue an official authorization certificate for your market.

Service & After-sales

Q14. Do you provide samples? Are they free?

Yes, we can provide samples for quality checking. For most items, samples are free and you only need to pay the courier cost or provide your courier account. For special or customized products, we will confirm the sample policy with you in advance.

Q15. How do you handle after-sales issues or quality complaints?

If you encounter any issue after receiving the goods, please contact us with photos, videos and a detailed description. We will respond quickly, analyze the cause together with the factory and propose solutions such as replacement, compensation or technical support, depending on the situation. Long-term cooperation and your brand reputation are always our first priority.
